When the grill station has to keep up with a full dining room, the MagiKitch'n APM-RMB-648 gives you four feet of radiant broiling without a tall, bulky cabinet. This low profile charbroiler mounts on a work table, counter or properly insulated refrigerated base, which keeps proteins close to the fire and the line compact. It is built for high-volume restaurants, steakhouses and banquet kitchens that run the broiler from open to close.
10 independently controlled stainless steel burners deliver a total of 150,000 BTU/hr (44.0 kW) under V-shaped stainless steel radiants, one over each burner, with 1,107 sq. in. of cooking area across two top grid sections. The free floating 1/2" steel rod grid tilts toward the front grease trough, and individual front controls let you set each burner exactly where you want it.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Radiant heat on every burner. A V-shaped stainless radiant sits over each burner, so every section of the grate has its own radiant heat source.
- Zones that match your tickets. Individual front burner controls let you keep one area searing hot for steaks and another gentler for chicken, fish or vegetables.
- A grid that does not warp. The free floating top grid of 1/2" steel rods expands and contracts freely, and the E-Z Tilt design drains grease into the front trough.
- Built for long shifts. Stainless burners, a fully insulated double-walled stainless cabinet, a 6" service shelf with towel bar and 2 crumb trays make daily use and closing easier.
- Space saving by design. The low profile cabinet is meant for work tables, counters or properly insulated refrigerated and freezer bases, so you can store proteins right under the grill.
Choosing your setup
Gas type: choose natural gas or liquid propane (LP) above to match your kitchen's supply. A 3/4" regulator ships unattached and must be fitted before the gas line is connected. Prefer cast iron radiants? See the APM-RMB-648CR; other widths include the APM-RMB-660.

|---|---|---|
| Natural gas | 7–10" W.C. | 4" W.C. |
