The Lamber L25EKDPS3PH is the three-phase version of the L25EKDPS deluxe electronic pass-through dishwasher, designed for operations that have 3-phase electrical service at the dishwash station. Three-phase operation at 26A versus the single-phase model's 33A draws significantly lower amperage for the same 7100W output, making the L25EKDPS3PH more efficient for the electrical infrastructure of commercial kitchens that are already running 3-phase panels for cooking equipment. The machine accepts both 208V and 240V three-phase supply, providing compatibility with the varying voltage standards found in North American commercial buildings. Features include a built-in drain pump for flexible installation, electronic controls, and the same larger L25 chamber that accommodates wider racks and taller items than the L21 series. The 9-gallon tank capacity and strong thermal recovery between cycles support continuous high-volume production.
