For operations where the floor drain is at the correct level to accept gravity discharge from the machine — the most common installation scenario — the L21EKS delivers identical washing performance to the L21EKDPS at a lower purchase cost. The pass-through workflow allows dirty racks to enter one end of the machine while clean racks exit the other, supporting a continuous, one-directional dishwashing production line that maximizes throughput during peak service. The integrated soap pump ensures consistent, correctly-dosed detergent application in every cycle without manual chemical handling. Electronic controls manage cycle timing and temperature monitoring.
