The Lamber CC00045 is a compact plastic utensil rack for use in Lamber commercial dishwashers. Designed to hold small kitchen tools, peelers, tongs, spatulas, and similar utensils that are too small or awkwardly shaped to be placed safely in a standard plate or glass rack, the CC00045 keeps these items secured in place through the wash and rinse cycle and prevents them from tipping, sliding, or blocking the spray arm rotation. The rack is inexpensive enough to keep multiples in rotation without significant investment, and its lightweight construction means it adds minimal load to the dishwasher basket.
