One machine for the dish line and the pot sink. The Jackson TempStar HH-E is a tall-chamber, high temperature door-type dishwasher certified both as a dishwasher and as a pot, pan and utensil washer. It is a natural fit for restaurants, casinos and production kitchens that juggle plates, sheet pans and big mixing bowls all day.
On the normal cycle it washes up to 60 racks per hour (55 at NSF-rated load time), or about 1,500 dishes or 2,160 glasses an hour, using 0.78 gallons of water per rack. A normal cycle takes 60 seconds. A built-in 70°F rise booster with Sani-Sure™ brings the final rinse to 180°F, and the chamber offers 27" of clearance.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Sheet pans and 60-quart bowls fit. The 27" chamber takes bulky items that would otherwise be scrubbed by hand.
- Rated for two jobs. It is certified to NSF/ANSI 3 as both a dishwasher and a pot, pan and utensil washer.
- Serious spray power. A 2 HP self-draining stainless steel pump feeds counter-rotating lower wash arms and an upper arm.
- Works under lower ceilings. The split-door design lets the tall chamber fit rooms with limited overhead space.
- Cycles from quick to heavy. Four timed cycles run from 60 seconds up to 303 seconds for baked-on pans.

- Measure your ceiling: the machine needs 86-3/4" with the door open. Leave 4" behind it, and check local code for ventilation.
- The crated unit weighs 393 lb and stands 82-5/8" tall, so check doorways on the delivery route.
