Jackson RackStar 66CE High Temp Conveyor Dishwasher, 224 Racks/Hr, 22" Pre-Wash and Built-In Booster
When plates come back heavily soiled, the Jackson RackStar 66CE gives you a head start: a 22" pre-wash sits in front of its 44" wash tank. It is a high temperature conveyor with electric tank heat, suited to nursing care facilities, busy restaurants and correctional kitchens that need a lot of clean ware fast.
Jackson rates it for 224 racks per hour. The rinse uses 0.38 gallons per rack on Econo or 0.65 on Turbo. A built-in 24 kW booster with a 70°F rise lifts 110°F supply water to the 180°F final rinse, and the chamber clears 19-3/4" (25" with the optional high hood).
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Pre-wash does the rough work. Three upper and one lower wash arm in the pre-wash knock food off before the rack reaches the main wash.
- Light on water. Econo rinse runs at 0.38 gallons per rack, and the machine is ENERGY STAR® certified.
- Self-cleaning wash arms. The WISR® system and the arched Rainbow Rinse™ arm keep spray coverage even.
- A cooler dish room. Double-wall insulated doors keep heat inside the machine and the wash water hot.
- Smart when idle. EnergyGuard™ controls and a vent fan that shuts off when idle save energy between meal periods.
Choosing your setup
Electrical: choose the voltage and phase above that match your service. Standard hookup is dual-point with a separate booster feed; single-point with the onboard booster is optional, and 460V is listed as a factory option. Amperage figures were not in the Jackson data we had, so have your electrician size circuits from the installation documents.
Direction: the conveyor runs left-to-right or right-to-left as you face it. Choose the direction above that matches the flow from your soiled table to your clean table.
