The Jackson RackStar 66CE Energy Recovery pairs a pre-wash conveyor with heat recovery, so you get heavy-soil performance and lower running costs together. A heat exchanger captures exhaust heat to warm cold supply water before the built-in booster. With a 22" pre-wash ahead of a 44" wash tank, it fits large hospital, university and banquet dish rooms.
Expect up to 224 racks per hour, or 5,600 dishes and 8,064 glasses. Econo rinse uses 0.38 gallons per rack and Turbo 0.65. A built-in 24 kW booster delivers the 180°F final rinse; the wash runs at 160°F minimum and the pre-wash at 110-140°F. Chamber clearance is 19-3/4" (25" with the high hood).
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Free heat for the booster. Water at 55°F or warmer passes through the heat exchanger and picks up exhaust heat before the booster takes over.
- Food soil comes off first. The pre-wash has its own 2.0 HP pump and 15.8-gallon tank, so the wash tank stays cleaner longer.
- Two rinse settings. Econo keeps water use low; Turbo adds volume for heavier soil.
- Coverage that holds up. Self-cleaning WISR® wash arms and the arched Rainbow Rinse™ arm keep results consistent.
- Lower idle consumption. EnergyGuard™ controls and a vent fan that turns off when no racks are running save power.
Choosing your setup
Electrical: select the voltage and phase above that match your service. Dual-point wiring with a separate booster feed is standard; single-point is optional, and 460V is listed as a factory option. Amperage figures were not in the Jackson data we had, so have your electrician size circuits from the installation documents.
Direction: the conveyor runs left-to-right or right-to-left as you face it. Choose the direction above that matches the flow from your soiled table to your clean table.
