The Jackson NXP-HTD keeps high temperature dishwashing simple. It is a no-frills door-type machine with one automatic cycle, a built-in booster and a digital temperature display, priced as an easy step up for operators moving from a low temp machine. Restaurants, bars and casino kitchens that want hot-water sanitizing without a lot of settings will feel at home with it.
It washes up to 63 racks per hour (58 at NSF-rated load time), about 1,575 dishes or 2,268 glasses an hour, using 0.89 gallons of water per rack. Every cycle takes 57 seconds. A built-in 70°F rise booster with Sani-Sure™ delivers a 180°F final rinse, and the chamber has 17-1/4" of clearance.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- One cycle, nothing to set. Close the door and the single 57-second cycle starts automatically, with the tank filling on its own.
- Temperatures you can see. A digital LED display shows the readings at a glance.
- Every rinse is checked. The Sani-Sure™ final rinse system makes sure the rinse reaches the proper temperature.
- Less energy wasted at idle. Vent fan control switches the vent fan off when the machine is not running.
- Daily cleaning is quick. The wash/rinse arms are interchangeable and screw out, there is a large scrap basket, and a delime cycle is built in.
- Adapts to your room. With kits, it converts between straight-through and corner layouts and between three-phase and single-phase power.
