If your building already delivers 180°F water to the dish room, the Jackson DynaStar W/O lets you skip paying for a booster you do not need. It is the no-booster version of the DynaStar high temperature door-type dishwasher, built for restaurants, casinos, cafeterias and hospital kitchens that run a central high-temperature water system.
The DynaStar platform is rated at up to 62 racks per hour (57 at NSF-rated load time), about 1,550 dishes or 2,232 glasses, on a 58-second cycle using 0.70 gallons of water per rack. Because there is no booster heater on board, the 180°F final rinse depends on 180°F water arriving at the machine. The chamber clears 17-1/2".
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Lighter electrical demand. Without a booster, the machine draws far less current than the standard DynaStar, often allowing a smaller circuit.
- Hands-free start. Lowering the door starts the wash, which keeps racks flowing during a rush.
- Cycle choice. Three timed cycles of 58, 108 and 238 seconds cover everything from glasses to stuck-on sheet pans.
- Easy to read and service. The digital LED display shows what the machine is doing, and onboard diagnostics shorten service calls.
- Even coverage. A triple wash arm with stainless nozzles reaches every corner of a standard 20" x 20" rack.
- Flexible layout. Convert between straight-through and corner installations, or between three-phase and single-phase, with the proper kit.
Choosing your setup
Electrical: select the voltage and phase above that match your service. These figures are for the single-point, no-booster configuration. 460V three-phase is listed as a factory option.
| Electrical service | Total load | Min. circuit ampacity | Max. overcurrent protection |
|---|---|---|---|
| 208V / 1-Phase | 24.7 A | 25.9 A | 30.0 A |
| 208V / 3-Phase | 16.4 A | 17.6 A | 20.0 A |
| 230V / 1-Phase | 27.7 A | 29.0 A | 30.0 A |
| 230V / 3-Phase | 18.1 A | 19.4 A | 20.0 A |

Before it arrives
- Confirm your water heating can hold 180°F at the machine. Jackson recommends a properly sized tank-type water heater, not a tankless unit.
- This version has no rinse pump, so install a pressure regulator and set flow pressure to 10 ± 2 PSI.
- Have a licensed electrician run a dedicated circuit sized from the table above, and check local code for a vent hood.
- Leave 4-1/4" from the wall and 75-3/8" of headroom with the door raised. Shipping weight is 366 lb.
