The Jackson DynaStar is a high temperature door-type dishwasher for kitchens that need volume without stepping up to a conveyor. Its built-in booster handles the final rinse heat, making it a strong fit for full-service restaurants, casinos and busy bars.
On its quickest cycle it clears up to 62 racks per hour (57 at NSF-rated load time), roughly 1,550 dishes or 2,232 glasses. A cycle takes 58 seconds, and the Econo rinse setting uses only 0.70 gallons of water per rack (0.89 on Turbo). The 40-70°F rise booster lifts incoming water to the 180°F final rinse, and the chamber offers 17-1/2" of clearance.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Close the door, it starts. The cycle begins as soon as the door comes down, so staff never hunt for a button.
- Steady rinse pressure. A pumped rinse evens out building pressure, and you can switch between Econo and Turbo rinse.
- Three timed cycles. Run 58 seconds for everyday loads, or 108 or 238 seconds for heavier soil.
- Problems flagged early. The LED display shows temperatures, and onboard diagnostics speed up service.
- Thorough washing. The triple wash arm and stainless nozzles cover the whole rack evenly.
- Grows with your kitchen. It converts between straight-through and corner layouts, and between three-phase and single-phase power, with a kit.
Choosing your setup
Electrical: choose the voltage and phase above that match your service. The figures below are for the standard single-point connection with the built-in booster. A dual-point connection and 460V three-phase are listed as factory options.
| Electrical service | Total load | Min. circuit ampacity | Max. overcurrent protection |
|---|---|---|---|
| 208V / 1-Phase | 68.8 A | 70.1 A | 75.0 A |
| 208V / 3-Phase | 42.2 A | 43.4 A | 45.0 A |
| 230V / 1-Phase | 77.1 A | 78.4 A | 80.0 A |
| 230V / 3-Phase | 47.0 A | 48.2 A | 50.0 A |

Before it arrives
- Have a licensed electrician run a dedicated circuit sized from the table above. All utilities connect at a single point.
- Supply 110°F water at 15-65 PSI. Thanks to the pumped rinse, a pressure regulator is only needed above 65 PSI. Jackson recommends a tank-type water heater rather than a tankless one.
- Check your local code for a hood. A built-in control switches the vent fan off when the machine sits idle.
- Allow 4-1/4" from the wall and 75-3/8" of height with the door up. The crated unit weighs 366 lb.
What's included
- Front and side stainless steel dress panels
- Adjustable bullet feet
