Kitchens with a central 180°F hot water plant can put the Jackson DynaStar HH-E W/O to work without paying for a second booster. It is the no-booster version of Jackson's tall chamber DynaStar HH-E, a high temperature door-type machine that washes both dishes and pots. Hospitals, universities and large banquet kitchens are where it fits best.
The HH-E platform is rated at up to 62 racks per hour (57 at NSF-rated load time), roughly 1,550 dishes or 2,232 glasses, on a 58-second cycle with 0.72 gallons of water per rack. With no booster on board, the 180°F final rinse comes straight from your 180°F supply. The chamber gives 27" of vertical clearance.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Big pans fit. Stock pots, sheet pans and tall hotel pans clear the 27" chamber with room to spare.
- One machine, two jobs. The HH-E design is certified as both a dishwasher and a potwasher at every cycle setting.
- Smaller electrical service. Dropping the booster cuts the current draw well below the standard HH-E.
- Muscle for baked-on food. A 2 HP stainless steel wash pump drives the triple wash arm system.
- Three cycle lengths. Run 58, 108 or 238 seconds to match the load.
- Built to adapt. Kits allow conversion between straight-through and corner layouts, and between three-phase and single-phase power.
Choosing your setup
Electrical: pick the voltage and phase above that match your service. Figures shown are for the single-point, no-booster setup. 460V three-phase is listed as a factory option.
| Electrical service | Total load | Min. circuit ampacity | Max. overcurrent protection |
|---|---|---|---|
| 208V / 1-Phase | 31.8 A | 34.8 A | 45.0 A |
| 208V / 3-Phase | 23.5 A | 26.5 A | 35.0 A |
| 230V / 1-Phase | 33.6 A | 36.3 A | 45.0 A |
| 230V / 3-Phase | 24.0 A | 26.7 A | 35.0 A |

Before it arrives
- Make sure 180°F water reaches the machine. Jackson advises a properly sized tank-type heater rather than a tankless unit.
- There is no rinse pump on this version, so fit a pressure regulator and set flow to 10 ± 2 PSI.
- Have a licensed electrician install a dedicated circuit from the table above, and check local code for a hood.
- Allow 91-1/4" of height with the door up and 2-1/4" behind the unit. Shipping weight is 366 lb.
