The Jackson DynaStar HH-E VER brings three big advantages together: a 27" tall chamber, dual dishwasher and potwasher certification, and a ventless energy recovery system that needs no hood. That makes it a smart choice for kitchens that wash large cookware but cannot add ductwork, such as hotel banquet spaces, schools in older buildings and leased restaurant sites.
It is rated at up to 40 racks per hour (38 at NSF-rated load time), about 1,000 dishes or 1,440 glasses. The standard cycle lasts 88 seconds, including a 30-second vent stage. Econo rinse uses 0.72 gallons per rack and Turbo uses 0.89. A built-in 40-70°F rise booster gives the 180°F final rinse, and a 2 HP pump powers the triple wash arm system.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- No hood to buy or install. A two-pass energy recovery system pulls steam out of the chamber and reuses the heat.
- Cold water hookup. It is designed for 40-90°F incoming water, so no hot water line is needed.
- Tall work, one machine. Pots, pans and sheet trays up to 27" tall fit, and it is certified for both pots and dishes at every cycle.
- Door stays shut until it is safe. An interlock holds the door closed through the vent stage.
- Cycle for every load. Choose 88, 138 or 268 seconds.
- Clear readouts. The LED display and onboard diagnostics keep staff and technicians informed.
