Stock pots, sheet pans and tall hotel pans usually mean a trip to the sink. The Jackson DynaStar HH-E changes that with a 27" tall chamber and dual certification as both a dishwasher and a potwasher on every cycle. It is a high temperature door-type machine for scratch kitchens, catering operations, casinos and institutional kitchens that wash cookware as often as plates.
It runs up to 62 racks per hour (57 at NSF-rated load time), or about 1,550 dishes and 2,232 glasses, with a 58-second standard cycle. Econo rinse uses 0.72 gallons per rack and Turbo uses 0.89. A built-in 40-70°F rise booster produces the 180°F final rinse, and a 2 HP wash pump pushes water through the triple wash arm system.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Pots and dishes in one machine. Certified for both duties at every cycle setting, so the same unit covers the line and the dining room.
- Room for the big stuff. The 27" vertical clearance takes tall pans and pots that will not fit a standard door-type.
- Extra cleaning muscle. A 2 HP stainless pump and a triple wash arm system attack baked-on residue.
- Pick the cycle. Choose 58, 108 or 238 seconds based on how dirty the load is.
- Starts as the door drops. Door-actuated start and automatic tank fill keep the routine simple for new staff.
- Easy to monitor. A digital LED temperature display and onboard diagnostics show what the machine is doing.
