Jackson DishStar LT Low Temp Undercounter Dishwasher, 30 Racks/Hr, Chemical Sanitizing, Low-Chemical Alerts
The Jackson DishStar LT is a low temperature undercounter dishwasher that sanitizes with chemicals, so it runs on an ordinary 115V circuit without a booster heater. That makes it an easy fit for small restaurants, coffee shops and bars that want reliable, compliant dishwashing without heavy electrical work.
Its 2-minute normal cycle delivers up to 30 racks per hour (24 at NSF-rated load time), or about 750 dishes or 1,080 glasses each hour, using 1.16 gallons of water per rack. Sanitizing is done chemically at a 120°F minimum wash and rinse temperature (140°F recommended), and the chamber has 14-1/4" of clearance.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Plug-and-go power. It runs on 115V single-phase with a 20 A maximum breaker, so many sites can avoid new high-amp wiring.
- Staff know when chemicals run low. Indicator lights warn the operator when detergent or rinse aid needs topping up, and the pumps have priming switches.
- Clean water each time. The fill-and-dump design and a fresh water rinse keep soil and detergent from carrying over into the rinse.
- Fully automatic. Automatic fill, push button start and a pumped drain mean very little hands-on work between racks.
- Quiet and cool outside. The insulated double-wall cabinet holds heat in and keeps operating noise down.
- Efficient by design. The DishStar LT is ENERGY STAR® certified.
Choosing your setup
This model has one electrical configuration: 115V single-phase. It draws 10.0 A total load, needs a minimum circuit ampacity of 12.5 A and a maximum overcurrent protection of 20.0 A.

Before it arrives
- Have a licensed electrician confirm a dedicated 115V circuit protected at no more than 20 A.
- Provide hot water at 120°F or more (140°F is better) and 20 ± 5 PSI. The drain hose should go to a 1-1/2" minimum drain with an air gap.
- You will need a supply of sanitizing chemical, detergent and rinse aid for the built-in pumps.
- No vent hood is recommended, but check local code. Moisture-resistant surfaces next to and above the unit are a good idea because some steam can escape from the door.
What's included
- One peg rack and one combination rack
