Jackson DishStar HT High Temp Undercounter Dishwasher, 30 Racks/Hr, Fill and Dump with Built-In Booster
For a kitchen that wants hot water sanitizing without a big footprint, the Jackson DishStar HT is a straightforward choice. This fill-and-dump undercounter dishwasher drains and refills every cycle, so each rack is washed in fresh water. It suits coffee shops, bars, quick service restaurants, small healthcare kitchens, day care centers and convenience stores.
On the normal 2-minute cycle it turns out up to 30 racks per hour (24 at NSF-rated load time), which covers about 750 dishes or 1,080 glasses an hour. Water use is 1.1 gallons per rack. A built-in stainless steel booster with a 70°F rise produces a 180°F sanitizing rinse, and there is 14-1/4" of clearance inside.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Fresh water, every rack. The fill-and-dump design empties the tank after each cycle, and the fresh water rinse keeps dirty wash water away from clean ware.
- Three cycles at the push of a button. Normal, Heavy and Extra Heavy run 120, 180 and 300 seconds, so you can give stubborn loads more time.
- Peace of mind on sanitizing. The Sani-Sure™ final rinse system makes sure the booster reaches proper rinse temperature, shown on a digital LED display.
- Chemicals take care of themselves. Detergent and rinse aid pumps with automatic prime are built in, and a delime cycle helps in hard water areas.
- Comfortable to stand next to. A double-wall cabinet keeps the outside cooler and the noise down, and the contoured stainless handle is easy to grip.

Before it arrives
- Book a licensed electrician for a dedicated circuit sized from the table above.
- Supply water at 110°F or hotter and 20 ± 5 PSI. Jackson recommends a standard tank-type water heater and does not endorse tankless units. The 1" drain hose goes into a 1-1/2" minimum drain with an air gap.
- A vent hood is not recommended, but follow your local code. Some steam can escape from the door, so stainless or other moisture-resistant surfaces beside and above the machine are advised.
What's included
- One peg rack and one combination rack
