Jackson DishStar HT-E-SEER High Temp Undercounter Dishwasher, 24 Racks/Hr, Steam Elimination & Energy Recovery
The Jackson DishStar HT-E-SEER lets you put a hot water sanitizing dishwasher in places where a steamy machine would be a problem. It is a standard-height undercounter unit with steam elimination and energy recovery, suited to small restaurants, cafes, bars, quick service counters, care facilities and convenience stores.
Expect up to 24 racks per hour (20 at NSF-rated load time), which equals roughly 600 dishes or 864 glasses an hour. The normal cycle lasts 145 seconds and each rack takes just 0.60 gallons of water. A built-in 70°F rise booster heats the final rinse to 180°F, and the chamber clears 14-1/4" for taller items.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- No cloud of steam when the door opens. Hot vapor is drawn over a heat exchanger and condensed back into the wash tank, so the area around the machine stays more comfortable.
- Recovered heat cuts your energy use. That same vapor preheats incoming rinse water by about 40°F, so the unit can run from a single cold water line. It is also ENERGY STAR® certified.
- A cycle for every load. Three timed cycles cover everyday wares through heavily soiled pans, and Energy Saver Mode helps during slow periods.
- Every rack properly sanitized. The Sani-Sure™ final rinse system checks rinse temperature on each cycle, and the LED display shows staff what is happening.
- Easier upkeep. Onboard diagnostics, a delime cycle and built-in chemical pumps help.
