Need a dishwasher where guests can see it, under a counter that meets accessibility rules? The Jackson DishStar ADA-SEER is an ADA-compliant undercounter model that slides beneath a 34" countertop. It sanitizes with hot water rather than chemicals, and its steam elimination system keeps the air around it comfortable, so it suits open bars, coffee shops and front-of-house stations.
The normal cycle runs 2 minutes 25 seconds and handles up to 24 racks per hour (20 at NSF-rated load time), or about 600 dishes or 864 glasses an hour. Each rack uses only 0.60 gallons of water. A built-in 70°F rise booster delivers a 180°F final rinse, and the wash chamber offers 12" of clearance.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Hardly any steam at the counter. A fan pulls hot vapor across a heat exchanger, where it warms the incoming rinse water by about 40°F and condenses back into the wash tank instead of rolling out the door.
- One cold water line is all it needs. Because recovered heat does part of the work, the machine runs on a single cold water connection.
- Easier on glassware. Soft Start brings the wash up gently to help prevent chips and breaks.
- Clean, residue-free ware. Sanitizing with 180°F rinse water means no chemical sanitizer is left on plates or glasses, and the Sani-Sure™ system confirms the rinse is hot enough every time.
- Simple for any shift. Automatic fill, push button start, three timed cycles and built-in chemical pumps keep things easy.
- Lower running costs. It is ENERGY STAR® certified and includes an Energy Saver Mode for quiet periods.

Before it arrives
- Ask a licensed electrician to run a dedicated circuit sized from the table above.
- Plan for a cold water supply between 40°F and 90°F at 10 PSI. A pressure regulator and water hammer arrestor are already built in. Run the drain hose into a 1-1/2" minimum floor drain or sink with an air gap.
- A vent hood is not recommended over this machine, but confirm what your local code requires.
- The crated unit weighs 270 lb.
