Jackson Delta HT-E-SEER High Temp Glass Washer, 24 Racks/Hr, Steam Elimination, Single Cold Water Line
Lipstick-free glasses with no chemical film are what bar managers want, and the Jackson Delta HT-E-SEER is built for exactly that. It is a high temperature undercounter glass washer with steam elimination, so it can sit right behind the bar in front of guests. Bars, restaurants and hotel lounges are its natural home.
The machine handles up to 24 racks per hour (20 at NSF-rated load time), or about 864 glasses an hour, on a 145-second normal cycle. It uses only 0.60 gallons of water per rack. A built-in 70°F rise booster delivers a 180°F sanitizing rinse, and the 12" chamber clearance fits tall stemware, pint glasses and mugs.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- No steam in your guests’ faces. Vapor from the wash and rinse is pulled across a heat exchanger and condensed, so very little steam leaves the machine when the door opens.
- Free preheating from its own exhaust. That recovered heat raises incoming rinse water by about 40°F, so the unit needs only one cold water connection. It is ENERGY STAR® certified, too.
- Gentle on fine glassware. Soft Start ramps up the wash to help prevent chips and cracks in stems.
- Glasses that come out truly clean. Hot water washing removes lipstick and leaves no chemical residue, while the Sani-Sure™ system confirms the final rinse temperature.
- Easy for bartenders to run. Three timed cycles, automatic fill and built-in chemical pumps keep it simple during a rush.
