Clean glassware is what keeps a bar moving, and the Jackson Delta 5-E is built to deliver it from a tight spot under the counter. It is a low temperature, chemical sanitizing door-type machine that handles plates and bowls as easily as pint glasses, so one unit can cover both jobs. Bars, hotels and smaller restaurants get the most out of it.
Each 92-second cycle uses 1.15 gallons of fresh water, and the machine is rated for up to 39 racks per hour (29 at NSF-rated load time). That adds up to around 1,404 glasses or 975 dishes an hour. Sanitizing is done with chemicals rather than heat, so no booster heater is needed, and an 11-1/2" chamber clearance leaves room for taller glasses.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- One button and walk away. Press start and the machine fills, washes, rinses and drains itself, then waits for the next rack.
- Fresh water every time. The fill-and-dump design starts each cycle with clean water instead of reusing a tank.
- Warm water between loads. A built-in sustainer heater holds the water at 120-140°F so the next cycle is ready to go.
- Chemicals on board. Detergent, sanitizer and rinse aid pumps come built in, with priming switches to get them going.
- Easy to keep clean. The scrap accumulator is reachable from outside, and the wash arms have removable end caps and jets.
- Simple to service. A swing-out control box gives a technician quick access, and a delime switch helps fight scale.
Choosing your setup
Electrical: the Delta 5-E runs on standard 115V single-phase power. It draws a total load of 16.0 A and needs a circuit with at least 18.5 A of ampacity, protected at no more than 25.0 A. There is no voltage to choose.

Before it arrives
- Have a licensed electrician provide a dedicated 115V circuit sized from the figures above.
- Supply water at 120°F or warmer (140°F is recommended) at 20 ± 5 PSI. The air-gap water inlet means no separate vacuum breaker is needed.
- The gravity drain uses a 2" NPT connection, so plan for a floor drain or line below the 7-3/4" drain height.
- Allow 2" from the wall. The crated unit weighs 230 lb and measures 28" x 28-1/2" x 51-1/2".
What's included
- Two half-racks
