The Jackson Conserver XL2C brings dual rack, chemical sanitizing door-type washing to dish rooms where the tables meet at a corner. It shares the XL2's performance but is built for corner installation. It is a good choice for restaurants, casinos and institutional kitchens that need high output in an L-shaped layout.
Two racks go in side by side, for up to 82 racks per hour (74 at NSF-rated load time), about 2,050 dishes or 2,952 glasses an hour. The 87-second cycle uses 1.13 gallons of water per rack. Sanitizing is chemical (50 PPM chlorine minimum), the recommended rinse is 145°F, and chamber clearance is 17-1/4".
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Made for corners. The cabinet is set up for corner dish tables, so soiled racks come in on one side and clean racks leave on the other.
- Double the racks, one cycle. Washing two racks at once keeps up with a crowded dining room.
- No booster to buy. Chemical sanitizing works with ordinary hot water at 120°F or more.
- Clean water each time. Fill-and-dump operation brings fresh rinse water into every cycle.
- Chemicals under control. Built-in pumps with priming switches do the dosing, and lights tell staff when product is low.
Choosing your setup
Door opening: corner models are specified with a right front (R) or left front (L) door opening. Choose the one that fits how your dish tables meet, and confirm it with us when you order.
Power: the XL2C runs on 115V single-phase power with a 20.0 A total load, needing a circuit of at least 22.5 A ampacity and a 30 A maximum overcurrent device.

Before it arrives
- Lay out your corner tables with 4" of wall clearance, and allow 78" of height with the door open.
- A licensed electrician should provide a dedicated 115V circuit sized from the ratings above.
- Provide water at 120°F or hotter and 20 ± 5 PSI through a 3/4" line. Jackson recommends a tank-type water heater, not a tankless one.
