Greasy pans and heavy plates can be tough on a low temperature machine fed by lukewarm water. The Jackson Conserver XL-E-LTH solves that with a built-in booster heater that keeps 145°F water flowing to the unit, while still sanitizing chemically. It suits busy restaurants, bars and casino kitchens that want low temp running costs with extra cleaning muscle.
Expect up to 41 racks per hour (39 at NSF-rated load time), or about 1,025 dishes or 1,476 glasses an hour, using 1.02 gallons of water per rack. The normal cycle takes 87 seconds. Sanitizing is chemical (50 PPM chlorine minimum), with a 145°F recommended rinse and 17-1/4" of chamber clearance.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Hotter water, cleaner wares. The booster holds the water at 145°F, which helps break down stubborn grease and food soil.
- Three cycles to match the load. Choose an 87, 145 or 325 second cycle depending on how soiled the wares are.
- A clean start every time. Fill-and-dump operation swaps the used wash water for fresh water each cycle.
- Chemicals on autopilot. Built-in pumps with priming switches feed detergent and sanitizer, and low product lights warn your staff before anything runs out.
- Low upkeep. A delime mode, removable scrap screen and built-in waste accumulator keep cleaning quick.
- Flexible placement. A kit converts it between straight-through and corner layouts.

Before it arrives
- Book a licensed electrician to run a dedicated circuit sized from the table above.
- Supply water at 110°F or warmer and 20 ± 5 PSI through a 3/4" line. Jackson advises a tank-type water heater rather than a tankless unit.
- Allow 4" of clearance at the rear and side, and 78" of height for the open door.
- The machine weighs 260 lb crated, so plan the delivery path and unloading help.
