No room for dish tables? The Jackson Conserver XL-E-FL loads from the front, so it can slot into a tight kitchen, bar or casino back room without the straight-through layout a standard door-type needs. It sanitizes chemically and runs on 115V power, making it an easy addition where space and utilities are limited.
It handles up to 41 racks per hour (30 at the NSF-rated load time for front-opening machines), or about 1,025 dishes or 1,476 glasses an hour. Each 87-second cycle uses 1.02 gallons of water per rack. Wash and rinse water need to be at least 120°F (140°F recommended), and inside clearance is 17-15/16".
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Small footprint, full door-type capacity. At 25-1/4" wide, it washes a full rack without side tables.
- Fresh rinse water each cycle. The fill-and-dump system replaces the used wash water with a clean rinse every time.
- Starts when the door shuts. Load the rack, close the door and the cycle runs on its own.
- Product alerts. Built-in chemical pumps with priming switches do the dosing, and indicator lights flag low detergent or sanitizer.
- Stainless where it counts. A self-draining stainless steel pump stops soil and detergent carrying over into the rinse.
Choosing your setup
Power: this model runs on 115V single-phase power with a 10.0 A total load. Plan for a circuit with at least 12.5 A of ampacity and a 20 A maximum overcurrent device. Jackson lists a 230V version as an option.
