When a door-type machine can no longer keep up, the Jackson AJ-64CE lets your crew feed racks onto a moving conveyor without waiting on cycles. This dual-tank, high temperature conveyor uses electric tank heat and suits busy restaurants, nursing care and correctional kitchens. It needs 64" between dishtables.
Running flat out, it cleans up to 287 racks per hour on 0.77 gallons of water per rack. Racks pass a 150°F wash and 160°F power rinse, then a fresh 180°F final rinse sanitizes them. Clearance is 25". There is no built-in booster, so that rinse water must come from an external booster heater.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Slow it down for tough loads. The Adjust-A-Peak™ drive lets you set the conveyor anywhere from 144 to 287 racks per hour, giving baked-on pans more time.
- Sheet pans fit standing up. The 25" opening takes sheet pans and 60-quart mixing bowls.
- Runs only when there is work. EnergyGuard™ powers each section only while a rack is inside and stops the conveyor when it empties.
- One switch to learn. Fill is automatic, and the electro-mechanical controls have a single ON/OFF switch.
- Quick to clean at closing. Wash arms come out without tools, strainer pans lift out, and front levers drain both tanks.
Choosing your setup
Electrical: pick the voltage and phase above that match your service. Jackson lists the approximate total load below; your electrician sizes the breaker. 460V three-phase (37.6 A) is a factory option.
| Electrical service | Approx. total load |
|---|---|
| 208V / 1-Phase | 138.9 A |
| 208V / 3-Phase | 81.8 A |
| 230V / 1-Phase | 127.5 A |
| 230V / 3-Phase | 75.1 A |
Direction: racks travel left-to-right or right-to-left as you face the machine. Choose the one that matches your dish tables above.
Booster heater: sold separately. Choose a three-phase Hatco 36 KW (for 140°F incoming water) or 45 KW (for 110°F incoming water), or a steam booster.
