Imperial PRVE-3 Electric Provection Oven, Tripledeck, 7.5 kW
The Imperial PRVE-3 is an electric convection oven. It is rated at 7.5 kW and is offered for 208V / 1-Phase, 208V / 3-Phase, 240V / 1-Phase, 240V / 3-Phase or 480V / 3-Phase service.
Fan-Driven Even Baking
A two-speed blower moves heated air evenly around the cavity for baking, roasting and reheating with shorter cook times.
Electric heat means no gas connection, and a porcelain interior helps browning and cleanup.
