Imperial ITG-72 Thermostatic Controlled Griddle, 72" Wide, 180,000 BTU

The Imperial ITG-72 is a 72" gas countertop griddle with thermostatic controls. It is rated at 180,000 BTU total input and runs on natural gas or liquid propane.

Heavy Steel Plate, Even Heat

Burners on 12" centers with aeration baffles between them spread heat across the full plate, and the thick polished steel holds temperature when cold product goes on.

Stainless front, sides and splash guard with a one-piece rolled ledge make the unit easy to wipe down at the end of a shift.
