Imperial ITG-48-E Electric Thermostatic Griddle, 48" Wide, 16 kW

The Imperial ITG-48-E is a 48" electric countertop griddle with thermostatic controls. It is rated at 16 kW and is offered for 208V / 3-Phase, 240V / 3-Phase or 480V / 3-Phase service.

Thermostatic Electric Griddling

Electric elements under the steel plate are thermostatically controlled in zones, holding the set temperature without a gas line.

A heavy plate and stainless construction give steady results and simple cleanup.
