Imperial IRCM-60 Pro Series, 60" Wide Cheesemelter, 60,000 BTU

The Imperial IRCM-60 is a 60" gas salamander / cheesemelter from the Pro Series line. It is rated at 60,000 BTU total input and runs on natural gas or liquid propane.

Overhead Heat for Finishing

Infrared overhead burners deliver intense top-down heat for melting cheese, browning gratins and finishing plates fast.

It mounts on a range back or wall, keeping finishing heat right where the cook plates food.

Gas connection: 3/4" inlet.

Minimum clearances per Imperial: 6" sides, 8" back, 20" top.

Install by a qualified technician per local codes and the Imperial installation manual.

• 2 ea. Reinforcement Channels to mount the IRCM on a range
• One point ¾ gas connection from IRCM to IR range. Specify IR Range model.
• Pass-thru Cheesemelters are available for an additional charge.
