The Imperial IR-8-P-XB is a 48" gas restaurant range from the Pro Series line. It is rated at 308,000 BTU total input and runs on natural gas or liquid propane.

Pro Series Range Performance

PyroCentric cast iron burners put out high heat with a low-simmer setting, and they lift off without tools for cleaning.

Porcelain oven interiors and a heavy door hinge are built for continuous restaurant use.

Minimum clearances per Imperial: 6" sides, 8" back, 20" top, 26" front service.

Install by a qualified technician per local codes and the Imperial installation manual.
