Imperial IFS-75 Fryer, 75 lb Gas Tube Fryer, 175,000 BTU

The Imperial IFS-75 is a gas floor fryer with a 75 lb oil capacity. It is rated at 175,000 BTU total input and runs on natural gas or liquid propane.

Tube-Fired Frying Power

Gas burners fire through tubes inside the fry pot, putting heat directly into the oil for fast recovery when frozen product drops in.

Stainless steel fry pot, front, door and sides with welded, polished seams stand up to daily cleaning, and a full heat shield protects the controls.

Why Operators Choose It

• Temperature control: Long lasting, high temperature alloy stainless steel heat baffles are mounted in the heat exchanger tubes to provide maximum heating and combustion efficiency.
• Easy cleaning: Welded tank with an extra smooth peened finish ensures easy cleaning.
• Standing pilot light design provides a ready flame when heat is required.
• Integrated gas control valve acts as a manual and pilot valve, automatic pilot valve, gas filter, pressure regulator, and automatic main valve. Temperature limit switch safely shuts off all gas flow if the fryer temperature exceeds the upper limit.
• Thermostat maintains selected temperature automatically between 200ºF (93ºC) and 400ºF (190ºC.).
• Burners: Gas control valve prevents gas flow to the main burner until pilot is established and shuts off all gas flow automatically if the pilot flame goes out.
