The Imperial ECV-1 is a gas convection oven. It is rated at 50,000 BTU total input and runs on natural gas or liquid propane.
Fan-Driven Even Baking
A two-speed blower motor moves high-velocity air around the cavity for even baking, roasting and reheating with shorter cook times than a standard oven.
Dependent doors open together with one hand, and a porcelain interior helps browning and cleanup.
Why Operators Choose It
- Cooked or baked products have less shrinkage, more moisture and taste better.
- Construction: Solid stainless steel 50/50 doors swing open to 130°.
- Power: Rugged ½ HP 1-speed motor.
- Easy cleaning: Porcelainized oven interior for easy cleaning and better browning.
- Creates an air flow pattern that simultaneously heats the inner and outer surfaces of the oven cavity.
- Temperature control: Fast temperature recovery.
- Recirculates hot air to maximize efficiency for energy savings.
