Hobart N50 5 Qt. Countertop Planetary Mixer, 1/6 HP

The Hobart N50 is a 5-quart countertop mixer with the build quality of Hobart’s big machines in a size that fits on any counter. Culinary schools, small bakeries, test kitchens and restaurants use it for small batches of batter, frosting, whipped cream and dough.

A 1/6 HP Hobart motor drives a gear transmission with three fixed speeds (136, 281 and 580 agitator RPM). Every N50 comes with a 5-quart stainless steel bowl, “B” flat beater, “D” wire whip and “ED” dough hook, and the 120V model plugs into a standard 15-amp outlet.
