Groen EE-20 20 Gallon Steam Jacketed Kettle - Stationary, 208V 3-Phase

At 20 gallons the EE-20 does not tilt; it is a fixed production vessel. Legs under the vessel take the level out of the deck and then stay where they are set. The kettle makes its own steam electrically, which suits a building with no gas service.

Heat reaches the food through a steam jacket rather than a heated plate, and condensing steam holds one temperature across the whole heated surface. The sheet gives 30 PSI as the jacket maximum. Nothing pivots: the vessel is fixed to its mounting and stays level from the first charge to the last.

Construction is type 316 stainless throughout, welded into a single piece. Type 316 stainless lines the vessel, chosen for product that would pit a lighter grade over time. A thermostat sets the temperature, and a pilot light report what is happening inside, backed by a low water cut-off and a built-in contactor. It carries UL, NSF and ASME listings.

The connection is 208 V three phase and no other supply will run this build. A drain within reach matters, because the vessel is emptied where it stands. Clear floor on the working side is worth more than a tidy wall line.
