The Globe SP05 is a 5-quart countertop planetary mixer, running on 115V / 1-Phase service.

Gear-Driven Planetary Mixing

A gear-driven transmission with heat-treated steel gears keeps the beater turning at full torque through stiff dough, and the planetary action reaches every part of the bowl.

An interlocked bowl lift and bowl guard stop the mixer when opened, and thermal overload protection guards the motor during long batches.
