The Globe GSM175 is a floor spiral dough mixer that handles up to 175 lb of product, with a dual-speed hook motor, reversing bowl and automatic shift from first to second speed, on 208V / 3-Phase service.

European-Style Spiral Kneading

The spiral hook and turning bowl develop gluten gradually with less friction heat than a planetary mixer, giving better dough for bread and pizza.

Dual digital timers move the mix from first to second speed automatically, and bowl reverse and jog controls make it easy to fold in ingredients and empty the bowl.
