The Globe GSCS3-3 is a 3 HP cheese shredder that takes whole 6-8 lb blocks in its 5" x 6" hopper and shreds up to 65 lb a minute, on 230V / 3-Phase service.

High-Volume Shredding

No pre-cutting is needed: whole blocks drop into the hopper and the high-torque motor powers through them in seconds.

A hopper position switch, overload protection and tool-free disassembly keep it safe and quick to clean.
