The Globe GIR18 is a portable single-hob countertop induction range with up to 1800 W of power, plugging into a standard 120V outlet.

Fast, Flameless Heat

Induction heats the pan directly, so it comes up to temperature quickly, the ceramic top stays cooler and there is no open flame for front-of-house cooking.

Pan detection and automatic shut-off add safety; ferromagnetic (induction-ready) cookware is required.
