Globe GG48TG 48" Countertop Gas Griddle, Thermostatic Controls, 120,000 BTU

The Globe GG48TG is a 48" countertop gas griddle with thermostatic controls and a 1" polished steel plate, rated at 120,000 BTU across its U-style burners. It ships for natural gas with a liquid propane conversion kit.

Thermostatic Heat Where You Need It

Each burner is governed by its own thermostat, so the plate holds the set temperature as cold product hits it and recovers on its own; that keeps results consistent across a busy rush.

U-style burners put a heat control every 12" and flame every 6", which spreads heat evenly under the thick steel plate and avoids the cold corners common on cheaper griddles.

Why Operators Choose It

• Temperature control: Thermostatic griddle with electronic ignition and precise temperature range of 200-575°F.
• Burners: 48" griddle width and four high performance 30,000 BTU burners.
• Cooking surface: Efficient 1" thick highly polished steel griddle plate, fully welded to sleek stainless steel front plate and frame.
• Construction: Insulated double wall front and side construction with extended cool-to-touch front edge.
• Stainless steel U-style burners provide heat control every 12" and flame every 6".
• Individual adjustable pilot for each burner with easy front panel access.
• Controls: Durable, metal control knobs are secured with set screws.
