The Globe GF30G is a 30 lb countertop gas fryer with tube burners rated at 53,000 BTU in total, available for natural gas or liquid propane.

Full-Size Frying on a Countertop

Burners inside heat chambers under the stainless fry pot, with a Robertshaw snap-action thermostat, bring oil to temperature quickly and recover fast between baskets.

A high-limit thermostat shuts the fryer down if oil overheats, and the drain valve with stored extension pipe makes oil changes easier.
