The Globe GCB15G-CR is a 15" countertop gas charbroiler with cast iron radiant heat and heavy cast iron grates, rated at 40,000 BTU. It ships for natural gas with a liquid propane conversion kit.

Char Flavor and Even Heat

Cast iron radiants soak up heat and throw it back up evenly, so the whole grate stays hot and recovers quickly between orders.

Reversible grates adjust to different grilling positions, and U-style burners give a heat control every 12" so you can run hot and medium zones side by side.
