The Dukers DUC72F puts a full 18.96 cubic feet of freezer space into a 72-inch-wide cabinet that stands just 36 inches tall, with three doors so several cooks along a long line can each get to their own frozen stock.
Digital controls with an LED display hold the cabinet between 0°F and -8°F, and a 3/4 HP compressor running on R290 natural refrigerant does the work. It draws 1,050 watts and plugs into a standard 115V NEMA 5-15 outlet, and automatic defrost keeps things running without anyone scraping ice.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Three doors, three shelves. Each section gets an adjustable, removable coated wire shelf, so you can set the height around cases, bags or tall containers.
- Doors that close themselves. Self-closing doors with a stay-open feature at 60° make loading easy, and the hinges carry a lifetime warranty.
- Built to be wiped down. Stainless steel inside and out, a sealed interior floor and rounded corners leave few places for spills to hide.
- Service-friendly layout. The compressor sits at the back in the coolest part of the cabinet, where a technician can reach it quickly, and the condenser is built to resist dust.
- Rolls out for cleaning. 6" locking casters let you pull it out to clean behind and underneath, then lock it in place for service.

Before it arrives
- Power: a standard 115V NEMA 5-15 outlet; a dedicated circuit is best for any commercial refrigeration.
- Delivery: the shipping carton is about 73-7/8" x 33-1/8" x 39-3/8"; check doorways and turns on the way to the line.
- Airflow: the compressor breathes from the back, so leave some open space behind the cabinet, especially next to cooking equipment.
