The Dukers DSM-19R packs a full-height drink and grab-and-go case into about 30 inches of width, with more room inside than you might expect from a single door. It is a good fit for delis, bodegas, cafeterias and back-of-house beverage storage where staff and guests both need to see what is inside.

You get 18.72 cubic feet at 33°F to 40°F, with five adjustable shelves. A 1/3 HP bottom-mounted compressor on R290 natural refrigerant runs on 115V and draws 3.2 A (356 W).

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Tall and deep. Five coated stainless steel shelves adjust and lift out to fit cans, 2-liter bottles or deli containers, and resist peeling and rust.
• Bright from top to bottom. Interior and canopy LED lights with a switch show off every row.
• See before you open. The anti-fog tempered glass door cuts down on door-open time.
• Lockable. A locking door with a chrome handle protects stock after hours.
• Automatic defrost. Digital controls with LED display keep the temperature where you set it.
• Repositions easily. 5" locking swivel casters.

• Power: a standard 115V NEMA 5-15 outlet; the unit has a 9 ft cord. A dedicated circuit is best for commercial refrigeration.
• Delivery: it stands 78-7/8" tall and 27-7/8" deep and ships in a carton of about 31-1/2" x 28-7/8" x 80-7/8"; measure doorways on the route in.
• Airflow: the compressor is at the bottom, so keep the front grille clear and leave a little space around the cabinet.
