Busy pizzerias need room on the rail and room underneath, and the Dukers DPP70-9-S2 gives you both. This two-door pizza prep table is about 70 inches wide, a natural centerpiece for a pizza station in a restaurant, pizzeria or sandwich-and-pizza shop doing steady volume.

Nine 1/3-size pans sit up top under an insulated hinged lid, with 17.58 cubic feet of refrigerated storage below. The digital controller holds 33°F to 41°F, and a 1/5 HP compressor running R290 natural refrigerant uses only 2.8 amps and 310 watts at 115V.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Nine toppings at the ready. Nine 6"-deep 1/3-size pans come included, enough for a full spread of cheeses, meats and vegetables.
• Protected between orders. An insulated hinged cover keeps toppings cold when the rail is not in use.
