A pizza line runs on toppings kept cold and close at hand, and the Dukers DPP44-6-S1 does both in a compact 44-inch footprint. It is a single-door pizza prep table for pizzerias, food trucks, cafes and kitchens adding pizza or flatbreads to the menu without much room to spare.

Six 1/3-size pans sit up top under an insulated hinged lid, and a 9.88 cubic foot refrigerated base below holds backup ingredients and dough. A digital controller keeps everything between 33°F and 41°F, cooled by a 1/5 HP compressor on R290 natural refrigerant that draws just 2.2 amps and 250 watts at 115V.

• Toppings in reach. Six 6"-deep 1/3-size pans are included, so you can load up and start building pies right away.
• A lid that saves product. The insulated hinged cover protects toppings between rushes and overnight.
