Doyon SRO1E Signature Roll-In Rotating Rack Electric Oven, 1-Rack Capacity, 36 kW
The Doyon SRO1E is a Signature roll-in rotating rack electric oven sized for one single end-load rack. It is rated at 36 kW and is offered in 208-240V / 1-Phase, 208-240V / 3-Phase or 480V / 3-Phase service. The rack lift carries up to 1,500 lb, and a Type II hood comes standard.
Rotating Rack Baking at Scale
A whole rack rolls in, the oven lifts it and turns it through the air stream, and four adjustable air channels let you tune airflow from delicate macarons to caramelized roasts. Three fan speeds and a fan delay protect light products while they set.
Shot and pulse steam injection and Doyon's patented moisture evacuation system work together: steam for crust development early in the bake, then fast moisture removal for even browning.
