Doyon SM300 Planetary Mixer, 30 Qt. Bowl, 1 HP, 3 Speeds

The Doyon SM300 is a 30-quart gear-driven planetary mixer with a 1 HP motor and 3 fixed speeds. It comes with a stainless steel bowl, dough hook, wire whip and flat beater, and runs on 120V / 1-Phase service.

Gear-Driven Mixing with a #12 Hub

A gear-driven transmission delivers more of the motor's torque to the bowl than a belt drive, which helps with heavy doughs and stiff batters. A #12 attachment hub on the front runs the optional meat grinder and vegetable slicer/shredder.

A manual bowl lift, a stainless wire bowl guard that cuts the motor when raised, an emergency stop and thermal overload protection cover the safety side.
