Doyon RSROSL-20 Roll-In Oven Single Side-Load Rack, (20) 18" x 26" Pan Capacity
The Doyon RSROSL-20 is a single side-load rack that holds 20 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans (40 half-size). It is built for Doyon SRO2 rack ovens (two required) and also fits KDP knock-down proofers and KDPR retarder proofers, so product rolls from proofer to oven on the same rack.
