Doyon RSRO2-15 Roll-In Oven Double Rack, (30) 18" x 26" Pan Capacity
The Doyon RSRO2-15 is a double rack that holds 30 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans (60 half-size). It is built for Doyon SRO2 rack ovens and also fits KDP knock-down proofers and KDPR retarder proofers, so product rolls from proofer to oven on the same rack.
