Doyon RPO3 Ventless Rotating Electric Pizza Oven, (3) 18" Pizza Capacity, 5.4 kW

The Doyon RPO3 is a ventless electric pizza oven with three rotating nickel-plated decks that bake three pizzas up to 18" (or three 13" x 18" sheet pans) at once. It draws 5.4 kW on 208-240V / 1-Phase service and turns out up to 24 twelve-inch pizzas an hour at 500°F, with no hood required.

Ventless Rotating-Deck Baking

Built-in catalytic ventless technology cleans the exhaust inside the oven, so it can go where a hood is not practical, from front counters to concession stands (check local code).

The decks turn while Doyon's reversing Jet Air fan moves the air both ways, so pizzas, appetizers, breads and desserts all color evenly without turning.
