Doyon LSA520 Reversible Dough Sheeter, Bench Model, 78.75" Conveyor, 20 Speeds

The Doyon LSA520 is a bench-model reversible dough sheeter with a 78.75" conveyor that rolls dough back and forth to an exact thickness from 1/32" to 1-1/2", up to about 22 lb at a time. It runs on 120V / 1-Phase or 208-240V / 1-Phase service.

Reversible Sheeting for Laminated Dough

Dough passes between stainless rollers on synchronized polyurethane belts; each pass reverses direction and the gap closes a step, so laminated and stretchy doughs are sheeted evenly without tearing. Twenty speeds let you go slowly for delicate puff pastry or faster for pizza and pie dough.

The conveyor tables fold up when the shift is over to give back floor or bench space.
