Doyon LMA620 Reversible Dough Sheeter, Floor Model, 78.75" Conveyor, 20 Speeds

The Doyon LMA620 is a floor-model reversible dough sheeter with a 78.75" conveyor that rolls dough back and forth to an exact thickness from 1/32" to 1-1/2", up to about 30 lb at a time. It runs on 120V / 1-Phase or 208-240V / 1-Phase service.

Reversible Sheeting for Laminated Dough

Dough passes between stainless rollers on synchronized polyurethane belts; each pass reverses direction and the gap closes a step, so laminated and stretchy doughs are sheeted evenly without tearing. Twenty speeds let you go slowly for delicate puff pastry or faster for pizza and pie dough.

The conveyor tables fold up when the shift is over to give back floor or bench space, and the belts run from either hand or foot controls.

Why Operators Choose It

• Precise thickness: roller gap from 1/32" to 1-1/2".
• 20 speeds: from delicate pastry to pizza dough.
• Saves space: fold-up conveyor tables.
• Safety: emergency stop, guards with motor shut-off, thermal overload.
• Easy cleaning: removable scrapers and stainless catch pans.

Ideal For

Bakeries, pastry shops, hotels and pizzerias sheeting croissant, puff pastry, danish, pie, donut and pizza dough.
